Abstract


Along with social progress and development of the times, females are gaining ground in all areas of social life. A large number of outstanding female talents come into the political arena, more and more females become leaders at all levels of leadership positions and recognized by people, they play an important role in different fields and make a positive contribution in the economic construction and social undertakings. Female leader has become an indispensable force of social development and gradually grow and mature.Party and the county attached great importance to the work of female in politics, which provide a good social environment and legal guarantees for female in politics. Female’s management level in state and social affairs has been greatly improved. The party and the government pay attention to the cultivation of female talents, selection and appointment female cadres, the number of female leading cadres increases steadily, which already close to 40% of the cadre troop. However, in affirming the achievements we must see, female cadres’situation is still not optimistic. On the whole, female leaders in all levels of the leader team is still in a low rate, especially the decision-making departments, in which female’proportion is lower than general function departments.There are many reasons for the situation of unsatisfactory quantity and levels, etc. of female leader’s, such as traditional, social, organizational and females themselves. To promote the growth of female cadres, we must investigate and analyze the suffrage environment and female cadres’growth path, basing on the actual problems and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures. In order to promote the growth of female cadres in China, we must constantly optimize the political environment and construct advanced gender culture; improve the entire female compatriot’s awareness and level of democratic participation, so as to lay the foundation for participation in the power of female; continue to perfect the relevant legislation, work out plans and policy for new situation, strengthen supervision and law enforcement; Party committees and governments need to enhance the awareness of training female leaders, to further expand training and selecting channels of female cadres; strengthen the propaganda, optimize the environment of public opinion; females themselves also need to improve overall quality, establish modern cadre concept, improve their quality and ability, creation the necessary condition for coming into political arena.To change the status of female cadres’growth and promote female participation in politics is a comprehensive community project, which requires the joint efforts of the whole society.
