Component moisture curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive with excellent physical, chemical and mechanical properties, as a solid content 100% of the hot melt adhesive on the human body non-toxic, is in line with the three requirements of the environmental, health, safety a new type of adhesive. The traditional one-component moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive is usually adipic acid polyol as the main preparation of polyurethane hot melt adhesives, polyurethane crystalline ability, the physical curing speed, open a short time, but the flexibility is poor. Polyether polyurethane hot melt adhesive body is improved, but the peel strength of the adhesive, heat resistance and poor flexibility. TPA, OPA, AA, EG comonomers polymerizable non-crystalline polyester polyol, identified by the polymerization process of the non-crystalline polyester polyol. In such a non-crystalline polyester polyol as the main body with an isocyanate prepared by reacting an adipic acid series polyol as the main Unlike traditional polyurethane hot melt adhesive. Hydroxyl value analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) method to determine the hydroxyl value of the polyol, the molecular weight, composition and chain structure and confirmed that the optimum synthesis; through the basic mechanical properties of the hot melt adhesive understand the performance of the test sample; infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) polyurethane hot melt adhesive curing process and the hydrolysis process; using differential thermal analysis (DSC) study the melting and crystallization characteristics of different polyols as the main hot melt adhesive; pyrolysis (TG ) investigated the heat resistance of polyurethane hot melt adhesive. The results show that: 1. Polymerization process on the final quality of the polyester polyol has an important impact, a lot of experiments to find the optimum synthesis of non-crystalline polyester polyol; 2 by the hot melt adhesive The mechanical tests showed that the non-crystalline polyester polyol as the main synthesis of the polyurethane hot melt adhesive open time significantly increased while maintaining a high final strength and outstanding performance flexibility; 3 by hot melt adhesive curing process and the hydrolysis known process does not reduce the curing speed of the non-crystalline polyester polyol as the main body for synthesis of polyurethane hot melt adhesive, a polyurethane initial strength because of the introduction of non-crystalline body is not high, but the infrared spectrum of the-NCO groups of the curing process Unknown changes in three types of polyurethane reaches the maximum peel strength is almost at the same time, almost no effect on non-crystalline body for chemical curing of the moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt adhesive; FTIR Infrared spectra by the hydrolysis process of change with the peel strength The tests show that the polyether as the main body of the polyurethane hot melt adhesive having excellent water resistance, the polyurethane hot melt adhesive to the non-crystalline polyester as a main volume effect due to the introduction of a large number of benzene ring group, less hindered ester bond hydrolysis, and therefore have better water resistance than the crystalline polyurethane hot melt adhesive; 4. proved crystalline polyurethane hot melt adhesive curing characteristics of three types of polyurethane hot melt adhesive DSC - crystallization ability, physical fast curing, having a higher initial strength of a polyurethane hot sol to the non-crystalline polyester polyol as a main no distinct melting and crystallization peak, indicating that in the exothermic curing relatively flat, uniform exothermic, which indirectly shows its open long time; 5. polyurethane hot melt adhesive TG, DTG thermal degradation kinetics analysis, on the Kssinger method ln (B / T 2 sup> max ) 1000 / T Graphing we found that it has the highest value of activation energy E, the introduction of a body of non-crystalline polyester polyurethane hot melt adhesive due to the introduction of a benzene ring structure, which proves that the non-crystalline polyester containing a benzene ring body only has long open time, in terms of heat resistance also has an advantage, which undoubtedly enhances its security as construction adhesive.
