Abstract


As an important part of China 's industrial workers , migrant workers have made ??a great contribution to China's socialist economic construction . Continuously push forward China's modernization , urbanization , a large number of farmers to shift from agricultural production and into the urban employment has increasingly become the focus of attention of the economics profession . With the accelerated of Ningxia urbanization process , the increasing number of migrant workers in their respective positions , they made ??a huge contribution to the economic and social development in Ningxia . With the introduction of some of the protection of the rights of migrant workers policy , the plight of migrant workers has been improved , but still there are some problems that need to be solved , such as poor working conditions , low labor contract signed in employment suffered discrimination and unequal treatment . This article is in this context , the use of relevant economic theory , combined with the statistics of the National Bureau of Ningxia Survey Corps as well as the author of some migrant workers questionnaires and interviews , make a detailed analysis of the Ningxia Agricultural migrant workers employment problem . Hope to discover new employment problems of the Ningxia Agricultural migrant workers in the new era , through their own analysis , and policy makers to provide certain information support and theoretical guidance . Analysis of Ningxia Agricultural migrant employment issues at the same time , I also summed up the experience and lessons learned in the transfer of rural surplus labor abroad , and discusses the main way to solve the Ningxia Agricultural migrant workers employment issues and measures proposed to improve the government's employment service system , increase government support strengthen the relevance and usefulness of the employment of migrant workers training , establish smooth channels for complaint ; reform of the urban-rural dual structure , improve the social security system ; enterprises should improve the employment mechanism , strengthen the training of migrant workers ; whole society to strengthen farmers public opinion supervision of workers rights , the establishment of specialized institutions of Protecting Migrant Workers ; migrant Workers should actively search for employment information , establish rights awareness , establish a sense of learning , coordination and cooperation at different levels , to make some useful exploration to solve the problems of the Ningxia Agricultural migrant workers employment .
