Abstract


With the advent of the Internet tsunami, people's daily lives in the Internet tsunami agitation, taking place increasingly significant change. Especially the yearly surge as the global number of Internet users, the Internet has become an integral part of human life. At the same time, the world situation is constantly changing, the various explosive international news and national news continue to impact people's vision and inner emotions. International on a variety of interactive website of Web2.0 mode, SNS and instant messaging software and constantly enrich people's daily lives; domestic violent demolition frequent, frequent exposure of the various food safety incidents on the network caused by domestic people strongly concerned about these issues and intense discussions through interactive tools. Nevertheless, people swim in the Web2.0 world, while enjoying convenient interactive, giving vent to the anger and resentment of the heart. In this context, the author used the significance to construct a theory of design questionnaire, network survey, combined with theoretical explanation Web2.0 interactive qualities and citizen participation theory of public service-oriented government websites Jung Min interactive exploratory study. The study is divided into five major inquiry. The first part is the background and significance of this study, an overview of the research motivation, purpose, research methods and research processes. Necessary background research topics elaborated from different angles, providing the background for the further study of the back support. The second part through the literature review, Web2.0 and e-government relations. Respectively from several levels of Web2.0 connotation and widely used definition of e-government development stage and Web2.0 applications in e-government, public services and Web2.0 tools relationship literature review. The same time, the basic model from the theory of meaning construction, data gathering methods, theory and applications aspects of literature explain, for the network questionnaire design of this study provides a theoretical support; addition, the combination of citizen participation theory based on Web2 .0 tools of government websites Jung Min interactive theory explain and explore. The third part of the study design, the establishment of the framework of this study, the definition of the relevant study variables, the reliability and validity analysis for the design of the network questionnaire Finally, the survey pointed out the limitations of the study and data analysis methods introduced. Part IV occupies an important position in the present study. The raw data from three main areas, namely the basic descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity of the government website interaction quality analysis and government websites interactive process content analysis, use the SPSS15.0 social science statistics package, combined with the network questionnaire analyzed in detail , to arrive at the preliminary conclusions of the analysis. The fifth part of the study conclusions and recommendations. The study concluding section three conclusions, the conclusion that external variable data analysis, government websites the interactive quality analysis conclusions, as well as government websites use process analysis conclusions. Part of the research proposals put forward specific recommendations from the study design and theoretical application level. Specifically, levels in study design, this study is based on theory and statistical analysis of gray-box method, combined with the the CRM logical architecture and functions established interactive model based on the the Web2.0 tools of government websites and specific interpretation. At the the theoretical application level, this study combined with the two theories, that is the goal of total quality management theory and Drucker management theory has made a number of specific recommendations Drucker's management objectives Figure tentative improvements more in line with the view to the interactive spirit of Web2.0 tools in the government website. Finally, in the conclusion part of this study, I proposed a follow-up study of some of the more specific research programs, and to have the opportunity to expand the follow-up study in the coming time.
