Abstract


Divergent synthesis of four kinds of polyamide - amine dendrimer (PAMAM) and 8 contain different numbers of hydroxyl-terminated dendrimers bonding agents (DBA). Preparation of 7 different species DBA / IPDI ( isophorone di-iso- cyanate ) a cured crosslinkable system, using dynamic heating scan analysis of the curing reaction of the crosslinking of these systems were studied, the reaction under different heating rates are obtained exotherm ΔH (J / g) and the reaction peak temperature ( T p < / sub > ) , the determination of their respective activation energy and pre-exponential factor . Ozawa method obtained each of them at different temperatures n 0 and k 0 < / sub > , provided the basic data for the application of the new dendrimers bonding agents . The first synthesis of four kinds respectively, based on the end groups of 1.0G and 2.0G PAMAM containing both hydroxy and ferrocenyl novel dendrimers ( FC -DBA ) . The dynamic heating scan assay crosslinking curing reaction of two different Fc-DBA/IPDI system . TGA tests found that the use of Fc-DBA series of compounds can significantly reduce the initial decomposition temperature of ammonium perchlorate (AP) , and to make the the AP maximum decomposition rate temperature above 100 ℃ lower , indicating its significant role in promoting the decomposition of AP . At the same time the study found the Fc-DBA obvious anti- burning rate accelerator Transfer . Promote the application of the basic data for the Fc-DBA bonding in the solid propellant burning rate . Synthesize three types of using a different mole percentage of methyl acrylate (MA) , and ethylenediamine (EDA) is a raw material of hyperbranched polyamide - amine ( HPAMAM ) and two kinds of ferrocenyl capped hyperbranched compound (Fc-HPAMAM ). By TGA tests using Fc-HPAMAM compounds can be significantly reduced the AP initial decomposition temperature and the maximum decomposition rate temperature . Study found The Fc-HPAMAM obvious anti- burning rate accelerator Transfer . Provides the basis for for new of Fc-HPAMAM the application data .
