Abstract


Liaoning construction of communities are in a golden period of important strategic opportunities, the government streamline the organization and to strengthen the consolidation of societies, scale of the Liaoning community organization has been expanded function continuously improved, further highlight the status in the society. Following the coastal areas open and the western development strategy, the Chinese government has taken measures to a comprehensive transformation of the old industrial bases in Northeast China. Liaoning Province is the largest industrial city in the Northeast, as a microcosm of the many problems of the old industrial bases in Northeast China and epitomizes. How to regulate the development of societies in the old industrial base of the main issues discussed in this paper. In this paper, Liaoning associations as the main object of study. From the old industrial bases in the government to look at impact on communities and the Liaoning community development status and existing problems. According to the above problems, we propose the following main points: Liaoning Province, the construction of communities is an important part of the old industrial bases. Associations to promote the balanced development of the various cities in the province to create a good environment for the comprehensive transformation of the old industrial bases; the sound of Liaoning associations differentiation; establish institutionalized cooperation mechanisms in the Liaoning government and associations. Positive interaction through associations with the government to promote economic development in Liaoning.
