Abstract


Environmental and energy issues have become the two main problems facing the development of the world , they have also become a hot issue in the world of mutual concern . Adsorption refrigeration technology also has two major characteristics of the environmental protection and energy saving , compared with the conventional refrigeration technology contains a greater potential for development , by the academia extensive attention . However, the main problem of the absorption refrigeration technology development adsorbent bed heat and mass transfer performance is poor , resulting in smaller refrigeration coefficient , low cooling power system bulky . This paper focuses on the adsorption bed heat transfer problem , design a simplified separate type heat pipe adsorption bed , not only to improve the heat transfer performance of the adsorption bed , and remote adsorbent bed heat exchanger , to avoid the heat , cold source fluid contact with the adsorbent bed to prevent corrosion of the bed and improve the reliability of the bed , and adsorption refrigeration system suitable for small vessels ( ? ) sets the size of the parameters of the separate type heat pipe through theoretical calculations and computer software design . The specific contents of the following parts : 1 , the heat transfer through the adsorbent bed on several different types of existing research and , combined with the conditions of use on a small ship , design a separate type heat pipe adsorption bed , and simplify its structure . 2 , on the basis of the application separate type heat pipe adsorption bed adsorption refrigeration system design, and combined with the actual situation of the design of the condenser, evaporator design and calculation . Separate type heat pipe heat transfer process analysis and lists the heat transfer equation and using MATLAB to solve the heat transfer equation to determine the design parameters of the separate type heat pipe . 4 , the spirit of the principle to reduce the system volume , improve the reliability of the structure of the adsorbent bed , separate type heat pipe adsorption bed size structure optimized design using MATLAB When the number and size of the heat pipe changes adsorption bed volume and bed cooling area changes in law , selected an optimal design parameters .
