Abstract


With the development of China 's shipping industry , the number of inbound and outbound ships and harbor craft density increase in ship navigation safety issues have been increasingly facing a severe test . Various port authorities and shipping companies have an urgent need to keep abreast of the navigation of the Ship , which provide strong service and protection of the safe navigation of the ship . Electronic chart technology and the development and wide application of computer network has provided technical support for the monitoring of the implementation of port ship . Period of time, the mainstream of traditional C / S mode chart display and monitoring platform makes navigation of the ship and the security situation has been greatly improved . But , with the expansion of Internet applications , user demand increases, traditional C / S mode chart monitoring gradually exposed some drawbacks , not the user has to meet the variety of needs . Web browser - based application services based on B / S mode gradually attention has been paid . Firstly, through the comparison of the two modes of service characteristics , proposed the significance and necessity of Web-based charts research and further study and comparison of various web application technology implementations , Dalian Port , for example build onwards based on B / the S chart Display mode application platform . Specific work and achieve the program are as follows : ( 1 ) combined with the mainstream Web application development technology , to design a Web-based electronic chart production and display programs . ( 2 ) using the popular image tiles splicing techniques of cutting and tiered storage chart , and asynchronous requests technology to achieve rapid display of charts and basic operation . ( 3 ) to design AIS data parsing processes and database storage structure, to achieve dynamic update of AIS data . ( 4 ) In accordance with the specific requirements for the display , were designed and implemented Web Chart AIS ship display mode in both large scale and small scale effects and dynamic refresh . In this paper, through practice, to solve based on the Web way electronic chart display and application problems , the basic realization of the ship dynamic monitoring system from C / S mode for further study based on the browser 's cross-platform and cross-regional ship dynamic monitoring service functions , transition provided design ideas and implementation based on the B / S mode .
