Abstract


The world famous car design guru George Yarrow surface in front of a lot of Chinese and foreign reporters said a word : \From which we can see the Chinese car facing two problems , the first is the impetuous development of the domestic auto industry , followed by the lack of effective , creative design methods can play designer . Of course , China 's automotive design in recent years has also made great strides. However , due to a late start compared with foreign car power is still a big gap , China's automobile design still has a long way to go . The purpose of this paper is the dilemma faced by the automotive design field , try to explore new design ideas and methods . This paper how by means of biomimetic design with Chinese characteristics reflected in automotive design , giving the car life , to narrow the distance between people and cars . First, through the analysis of the history of the development of automobile styling , the article demonstrates the Chinese car is still in its infancy . Advances in automotive design needs to be coordinated with the level of industrial technology , the designer level , and car culture and other relevant factors , common development and accumulation . Car design in the accumulation stage of the \Secondly, I will combine automotive design with the Chinese culture , as well as traditional Chinese creature wears Chinese elements in automobile design and embodies . Again, through the presentation and analysis of the applications in the the car developed countries in the bionic design , and then proposed by bionic design in the automotive design process auto- injection \arising between the spirit of sharing , the relationship between people and cars to the changing relationship between man and horse . \Appeal to designers making automotive styling design concept from the description of physical properties of car design elevated to a higher level car character shaping . Finally, through two the concept car bionic design practice to verify the previously proposed ideas and methods .
