Abstract


In recent years, the problem of security in the subway construction process at home and abroad is exceptional safety accidents frequently occur at the construction site of the subway construction site security risk management research is imperative . In this paper, the security risks in the subway construction process as the research object , the introduction of the concept of risk management in the subway construction safety management , problems start from the status quo of the construction safety production management and safety management of the subway project , through the mechanism of construction site risks risk identification and evaluation of the research , the construction site of risk management and risk evaluation model . The current construction safety management to the traditional type of experience - based , no safety hazard identification and control of risk level . This paper studies the application accident causation theory and risk management theory , comparative study , a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis , a combination of empirical research and theoretical research methods. To improve the safety checklist , preliminary hazard analysis evaluation method used in the safety checklist , clear the value of the weights of the various subsystems safety checklist ; risk factors of security risk analysis highlights the LEC evaluation method of the sources of danger grading ; discourse from the control of the security and occupational health system , major hazards and potential accidents and emergency response mechanisms and contingency plans for all aspects of the management of construction site safety risk control measures , and made use of the PDCA method of risk management , continuous improvement in order to achieve the construction site dynamic security risk management . Beijing Metro Line construction instance , the combination of risk management from security analysis , risk identification, risk assessment, risk control discusses all aspects of the construction site to the implementation of security risk management .
