Abstract


The theory of enterprise reform process reengineering has been sufficientlydeveloped from the 19th century. With the development of society, government alsoneed to carry out new reforms. Information technology continuously updated in thetwenty-first century. E-government has been put on the agenda. Therefore, how toreform government by the information technology has become a hot topic of the world.Introduction of business process reengineering in the article to explore thegovernment process reengineering methods. Introduction of business processreengineering "stage - tasks " framework, transplanted to the government processreengineering process. At the same time, with reference to business processreengineering steps to implement the government process reengineering.Paper describes the concepts of e-government , e-government impact and theproblems of e-government. From business process reengineering BPR with thegovernment thinking, and discusses the process reengineering of e-government andmutually reinforcing relationship. Learn from business process reengineering methodfor detailed analysis of the government’s gradual transformation process reengineeringmethod-ESIA process reengineering methods. And discusses the specificimplementation steps government process reengineering. A District of Chongqing Cityand Rural Construction Committee as background information platform, A ConstructionCommittee detailing the process of e-government process reengineering and effect. Andto make government process reengineering research point of view. Hope for thegovernment of the relevant government departments to provide reference fordecision-making process reengineering.
