Abstract

Guided shells is an ordinary artillery fired shells with a guide device , mainly composed by the the guidance components warhead stable parts , with a long range , high accuracy, very powerful , launch the easy-to-use features that can be used damage tanks, vehicles , ships , and other goals . The paper is a guided projectile for example, established a the open dynamic model of the rudder in the spring thrust , air resistance , centrifugal force and inertia force . Shells flight Mach number , the rotation speed , the rudder wing open the initial angular velocity , the spring stiffness coefficient and the initial amount of compression , the length of the rudder on the rudder open process of law . The results show that guided artillery shells flying smaller rotation speed , rotation speed rudder wing open negligible ; flight Mach major impact on the latter part of the the rudder wing open process , with the increase of the flight Mach number , open hinder rudder torque increases ; initial angular velocity of the rudder the rudder wing open open process does not work ; spring ( stiffness coefficient and the initial amount of compression ) of the rudder in the rudder wing Zhang apart pre rudder suffered opening torque increases with increasing spring second coefficient ; rudder longer suffered greater contraction torque , reduced open place angular velocity . Therefore, the design should be the main consideration when spring stiffness coefficient the spring initial amount of compression and the length of the rudder , combined count Liwen specific design principles . Finally, the the strength check models and methods fins open place . Papers related work is similar to the the guided shells rudder design has certain reference value .
