Abstract
|
The high rate of fire gun system one of the key technologies of automatic machine artillery 's development is inseparable from the development of automatic machine . Technology -based high rate of fire demise automata the caliber 76mm cannon ( referred 5S76 ) , due to the increase in the caliber , the increased power of the same time , also with the technical problems , such as strength , stiffness , system power and the additional impact force and torque. According to many problems , according to the 5S76 job characteristics , mathematical model , written calculation procedure . In 5S76 main components analysis on the basis of system analysis . The main institutions UG software modeling , finite element analysis using ANSYS software . Target to reduce power and reduce the impact force of inertia , simulation and optimization of the corresponding components . By dynamic and static analysis to optimize the structure parameters to obtain a reasonable match parameters , provide the basis for system optimization design . Make in achieving technical requirements on the basis of higher system performance . In addition , the floating part of the automaton dynamic simulation , reduce the recoil force while optimizing the recoil stroke , to improve the system by the force of circumstances . Box-type ammunition feed system simulation analysis for the power of playing the part of the different rate of fire conditions . Stress analysis to provide the necessary parameters for automatic machines , and also provide the basis for the design of outside energy drive system .
