Abstract
|
Biological sequence is composed of smaller units , linear , unbranched polymer macromolecules . For DNA, the cell is A (adenine ) , C ( cytosine ) , G ( guanine) and T ( thymine) , these four kinds of nucleotide residues ; For RNA, these units are A , C , G, and U ( uracil) , four nucleotide residues. Therefore , combinatorics and statistical tools and methods can play a significant role in the analysis of the avian influenza virus sequence similarity . Similarly, we can take advantage of the geometric and algebraic methods to study the sequence of the avian influenza virus . The main work of this paper include the following aspects: in the first chapter , we introduce an overview of the avian flu and bioinformatics . Most want to use later terminology and basic concepts are here to do a brief introduction . In the second chapter , we consider a new matrix of the DNA sequence of the H5N1 virus , said and discussed its numerical characteristics . In the third chapter we consider a new curve mapping of the protein sequence of the H5N1 virus , also discuss its numerical characteristics . In Chapter IV curve mapping of the matrix representation of the DNA sequence and the protein sequences , we calculated a new invariants , and based on these invariants are calculated out of the 80 types of H5N1 HA fragment of the DNA sequence and 123 H5N1 protein sequence between the similarity matrix , based on the similarity matrix further construct a phylogenetic tree , the final analysis of the similarity between their respective In the fifth chapter , we have made a summary and outlook .
