Abstract

Gruel of sweetened (Camellia oleifera) is proper ligneous our country oil seeds of trees, composes in reply with the oil palm, olive coconut and is called ligneous edible oil materials of world 4-big plant. Tea oil unsaturated fatty acid contents reach more than 85%, be high grade edible oil; Withered tea sum tea shell is that the adaptability abstracting the tea saponin, making raw material, moreover gruel of sweetened wrot powder and abstracting the furfural industry is broad, ability is arid barren, the potential making use of value synthesizing exploitation is big, is important cash tree of our country south hills downland seeds of trees, "the crop of guaranteed high yield"", the green oil depot" are called by Lin Min, have very high society economic value. But, our country present tea-oil tree natural forest variety is promiscuous, the big area output is very low, restricts the tea-oil tree production development seriously. The classified distinction tea-oil tree variety has become the tea-oil tree production urgently needed solution the question. But the traditional tea-oil tree variety distinction method not only receives condition and so on environment influences, moreover the distinction cycle is long, is not very accurate, in view of this phenomenon, conducts the research using the molecular biology method to the tea-oil tree more and more to accept by the scientific worker. In this paper, related amplification polymorphism (sequence-related amplified polymorphism, SRAP) technology for identification of superior varieties of Camellia oleifera, Camellia is established and optimized the SRAP-PCR reaction system, and 142 varieties of Camellia SRAP analysis, and in SRAP analysis, based on the use of SCAR technique, found a simple, quick way to distinguish hy114 safflower tea, Camellia Basic Research of China’s contribution to a force, to want to vigorously promote the development of Camellia.Key findings:First, the quality of the Camellia extract genomic DNA. Second, Camellia SRAP-PCR reaction system was optimized. Third, for the Camellia SRAP analysis. Fourth, SRAP marker of DNA fragments cloned and sequenced. 5, the SRAP marker into a SCAR marker.
