Abstract


As the economic globalization, humanity as a whole closely linked together people with common interests and needs and the value of planning , these common needs and plan spurred the desire to have a common value of guidelines to regulate human behavior and order in the country , avoid human consumption in the global competition too disorderly more resources to pay a higher price , the discussion about universal values ??is in such a complex context of globalization applications . A time, \universal values ??that may exist rational basis in reality. Based on Marx 's theory of \, thus propose how to build a universal value . Around this , elaborated from the following four parts : the first part of Marx from the Perspective of globalization . Through the analysis of Marx's theory of \Second part of the universal values ??of the connotation and characteristics . Through the analysis of the meaning of universal values ??, characteristics, certainly build a universal value has a certain reality and possibility . The third part, build the necessity and possibility of universal values ??. This section further analysis of the inherent basis of reality and the possibility to build a universal value . The fourth part , build the way of universal values ??. Focusing on four aspects discussed ways to build universal values ??: from practice to explore common interests ; establish equal relations between peoples and nations ; building a universal value from the pluralistic dialogue ; to seek universal value from the point of view of international law .
