Abstract


Objective red fennel herbs commonly used in southern China , as Magnoliaceae Mangcao Illicium lanceolatumA.C.smith dried root bark and bark . Red fennel fennel injection is made ??from red modern medicine injection, Zhejiang Taikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. exclusive varieties . The main subject of study and formulation of herbs and red red fennel fennel injection fingerprint screening method. Way through the field samples collected herbs , access to information and experts to determine the medicine-based sources ; using column chromatography on medicinal alcohol portion of the main chemical constituents of a preliminary study based on research in the composition , the use of HPLC to red fennel fennel herbs and red fingerprint injection comprehensive study . According to standardized requirements, using high-performance liquid chromatography , and red to red fennel herbs fennel injection fingerprints to conduct a comprehensive study and establish a red fennel fennel herbs and red fingerprint checks injection method , fingerprint similarity limits were set 0.90 and 0.85, respectively . Conclusion The study established a red fennel herbs and their fingerprints injection for full control of the quality of medicines and injections provide a reliable means .
