Objective: the experimental observation of adolescent rats exposed to bisphenol A (Bisphenol A, BPA) six weeks after the reproductive development and sperm production changes . Methods: The 3-week-old male Wistar rats 50 , were randomly divided into a control group of corn oil , of bisphenol A 50,100,200 mg / kg group , estradiol (E2) 100μg/kg group . N = 10 , 2ml/kg volume subcutaneous exposure to six weeks , exposed to four days a week . PND harvesting and weighing the rat testis , epididymis , prostate , seminal vesicles quality and main organs ; detecting pathological changes of the light microscope ; enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of serum testosterone (T), estradiol (E2 ) level ; counting the total number of sperm movement rate , deformity rate ; QRT- PCR assay testicular , prostate of ERα of ERβ and AR mRNA expression levels . Results: With the increase of the doses of bisphenol A decrease in the number of rat sperm motion decreased , increased malformation rate ; epididymis , prostate , seminal vesicles weight and organ coefficient were significantly decreased ( P lt ; 0.05 or P lt ; 0.01 ); microscope, the rat reproductive organs pathological changes ; testosterone in the blood of doses higher ; especially 200mg/kg group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . High doses of bisphenol A exposure group , to some extent, affect the expression of testicular and prostate ERαmRNA of . Conclusion: High doses of bisphenol A affects adolescent male rat reproductive development and sperm production .
