Abstract


\County government is our most basic administrative level , the county's economic development plays an important role. County government as a regulator of the county economy , social affairs managers and providers of public services , the county 's economic development can provide an institutional guarantee and impetus . Development of county economy requires county government economic functions reasonable position , on this basis , to take reasonable measures to fulfill its economic function , in order to promote the county's economic development process. This paper discusses the contents of the county government's economic functions , features, functions , based on the county 's economic development combined with our current situation , summed up the economic functions of the county government to fulfill some of the achievements during the analysis of the county's economic development in exposed some questions , such as: government protection and services for agriculture is not enough ; blind development of industry, the coordinated development of three major industries affected ; poor infrastructure in some areas is not conducive to the development of the market economy ; sided focus on economic efficiency , ecological destruction and so on. And causes of the problem in-depth analysis . Through the use of management, sociology , political science , economics and other disciplines of theories and methods on how to perform economic functions county government put forward concrete measures. County government should be made ??in accordance with certain principles of government economic functions reasonable position , as a basis , the county government can take the following measures to rationalize the performance of economic functions : market-oriented , comprehensive agricultural development mechanism ; properly handle agricultural, industrial , the relationship between the development of the tertiary industry ; attention to ecological efficiency to achieve sustainable economic and social development ; reflect the fairness and maintaining the economic field . County government also proposed to perform economic functions also need the support of other security conditions . In this paper, on the county government economic functions in some of the problems start to analyze, how reasonable position on the county government and fulfill economic functions to promote the county's economic development has been enlightening.
