Abstract


The competition between the today's world , the state is the talent competition , talent is the basis of competitive advantage and protection . In order to win in the fierce competition , must develop high-quality talent . All walks of high-quality personnel training base in institutions of higher learning. To rely on science education ideological training of qualified personnel to guide , to rely on the state-of-the-art tools and methods to educate , but also relies on a comprehensive and effective evaluation mechanisms to motivate . Design and develop scientific , practical quality evaluation system , not only on the overall quality of students cultivate navigation role , but also the quality of university education work more targeted and effective . Management theory , the use of questionnaires , documentary research , AHP, systems analysis , and other research methods , financial theoretical analysis and empirical analysis . Students 'Comprehensive Quality on the basis of extensive research , analyze the current situation and reasons ; build operation to learn the results of the forefront of research in this field at home and abroad on the theoretical foundation of the college students comprehensive quality evaluation ; Construction of College Students' Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System Analytic Hierarchy Process strong students comprehensive quality evaluation model ; conducting empirical research based on targeted countermeasures to improve the overall quality of students . Achievements and innovations of this paper are as follows : (1) determine the evaluation index from the point of view of the social development needs . This article times and fusion of social development , scientific and technological progress , the unit needs to build the new requirements of the College Students 'Quality College Students' Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System , the index system is constituted by the three indicators , level indicators , including the five major aspects: ideological quality , academic quality, ability and quality , and cultural qualities , and physical and mental qualities . (2 ) a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation . Simple qualitative description of its arbitrary and subjective , but fully quantitative research purely rational tools can not fully comply with the needs of basic education evaluation . From the qualitative evaluation of quantitative to build evaluation system , to achieve the full integration of qualitative and quantitative . ( 3) targeted suggestions . This article conducting empirical research , combined with the results of data analysis , comments and suggestions to improve the implementation of the quality of the college students targeted .
