Abstract


The famous educator Dunkin: the microteaching Is the most influential pioneering work in teacher education in the early 1960s and 1970s. In theory, microteaching absorption instructional design, teaching target classification, classroom teaching interaction analysis of advanced teaching ideas, teaching evaluation; in practice, it is not only to adapt to the development of teaching methods in education, psychology, discipline, and adapted to the needs of the development of modern science and technology and teacher education reform. Due to the microteaching advanced and effectiveness, it appears caused great concern in the education sector, and quickly spread to the whole world. 40 years of continuous improvement and development process, microteaching is applied to the teaching process, the analysis of the practice of research and teaching, is recognized as an effective training method. However, under the conditions of modern science and technology, especially network technology matures, the the traditional microteaching experimental system because of technology, equipment, and other reasons, unable to adapt to the rapid development of the information society, showing the students' participation is not high; students learn flexibility is not strong; lack of interaction; training mode simplistic; difficult to carry out large-scale training and other issues. Therefore, we should learn from the theory microteaching essence, to explore the information process, microteaching theory and practice of new breakthroughs and development. With the further development of the Internet, building microteaching system based on the network environment, has become in the process of informatization, microteaching trends. Web2.0 as a product of the Internet replacement, its emphasis on user participation, contribution, interact and share the core philosophy of normal college students microteaching provides good support, providing a quick and effective knowledge acquisition, storage, dissemination, application and innovation of open, dynamic, flexible channel. The microteaching beyond the traditional transmission of knowledge and skills acquired mode includes experience and cognitive processes, as well as the experience and cognitive evaluation and reflection, focusing on the practice problem-solving learning experience focused on Community . Based on the above analysis, the author of this research project, constructed to provide actionable strategies and methods based the Web2.0 microteaching systems for Normal Students microteaching skills training in the information technology environment. The study is divided into four stages: literature research, theoretical studies, empirical research and evaluation analysis. Author based on research and analysis of the literature, theoretical discussion and empirical research method of combining theory expounded microteaching research, investigation and analysis under the Information Environment the Normal Students microteaching status quo and Countermeasures proposed theoretical model of Web2.0 environment microteaching system, started to develop on the basis of the preliminary design, and promotion and application platform for the southwest college students department surveys to collect feedback data in the course of the study, and to collate and analysis to verify the effectiveness of the platform. The study showed that: microteaching in the Web2.0 environment is feasible, effective, and create a more agile, variable, diversity microteaching environment, more lively, independent and effective training of the students, the teachers' guidance more targeted. Microteaching better adapted to the needs of the development of modern education, and effectively improve the performance of microteaching also propose a new research topic for the theory and practice of microteaching.
