Abstract


With the establishment of China 's market economic system and higher education system reform , the various types of institutions of higher learning in the market positioning , educational goals than previously occurred great changes , at the same time , is also facing school funding such as the use and management of the investment and financing system . Based on this , the thesis is based on elaborate research background and significance , the article overall ideas and research methods . While drawing on the concepts and theories of a critical analysis of the research at home and abroad , including : financing diversified higher education cost-sharing , the study of higher education funding for school , colleges and universities of scale , the expansion of higher education financing channels . Channels and the status quo of China 's higher education both financing through data analysis , to identify the main problems and the reasons for the financing of higher education in China , and put forward countermeasures to improve China 's higher education financing system , including: to consolidate and broaden the financial investment system of higher education improve the financial allocation of funds ; various disciplines students average cost -based , from tuition charged structural change ; regulate bank lending behavior of Higher Education , and properly solve the part of colleges to optimize resource risk due to excessive bank loans due to financial problems ; configuration , improve capital efficiency . This paper uses the basic theory of finance and related fields , and has mastered finance expertise to form a more scientific system of higher education financing and financing management theoretical system for colleges and universities to further broaden the financing channels , improve the financing system , improve the financing level , to reduce the risk and cost of financing provides an important reference .
