Abstract


The focus of today 's nutrition and health groups have been pointing to the primary and secondary school students , school nutrition services has become an important part of health education . How to effectively carry out the work of the school nutrition services to improve the level of nutrition and health of the students to develop good eating habits to form lifelong health awareness , education has become a reality we must pay attention to . Nutrition services in primary and secondary schools in the world , the United States earlier nutrition services , and most of the reform of the effectiveness of one of the countries . School nutrition services in both policy formulation, practice development provides a useful reference for the world nutrition services reform . This paper is divided into six parts : the first part discusses the research topics of research at home and abroad were reviewed , and define the core concepts and clarify the ideas and methods of the study . The second part on the basis of comprehensive large number of historical documents , a brief description and analysis of the historical development of nutrition services in primary and secondary schools . The third part introduces and analyzes the structure of the main objectives and content of nutrition services in primary and secondary schools . The fourth part of the main steps and implementation plans for nutrition services in primary and secondary schools in the United States a more detailed description and analysis . The fifth section summarizes the main features of nutrition services in primary and secondary schools in the United States and important experience . The sixth section briefly describes the current situation of China 's primary and secondary school nutrition services , in comparison with the United States school nutrition services based on the proposed Enlightenment on China .
