Athletics in Physical Education Teaching, teachers on the evaluation of the student movement technology, the lack of a more unified quantitative evaluation criteria, evaluation process and evaluation methods exist easy operation and other issues. In this study, Gansu Province 7 Sports Department Educational Athletics Course opened six projects, both sprints, hurdles, long jump, high jump, shot put, javelin athletic skills teaching technical evaluation criteria for the study, in Gansu Province 7 Sports Department of Athletics professional teachers for the survey. Using literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the level of analysis and other methods, to build a physical education colleges in Gansu Province Track and Field Course teaching sports skills, technical evaluation of the student movement against the quantitative criteria for the evaluation of teachers Athletics theoretical basis and reference, and to provide a workable and comprehensive assessment of quantitative evaluation methods for the evaluation of the teaching track and field technical basis for practical operation. Study the main conclusions: 1, teaching evaluation is based on the teaching objectives of the teaching process and the results of value judgment and decision-making activities for teaching. Track and Field Teaching Evaluation including compliance with the technical evaluation of the two aspects, which are quantitative evaluation standards, skills assessment is qualitative evaluation, and the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of organic combination. 2, Track and Field Teaching basic sports skills to students based on teacher evaluation methods as the main means of observation, while observing the basic conditions for sports teachers themselves with the understanding and knowledge about technology, to provide for the evaluators based on the observation quantitative evaluation, the evaluation process is to solve the basic way of subjective factors. 3, Track and Field Teaching evaluation should follow basic three dimensions, namely normative, effectiveness, and coordination. Normative indicators to meet the basic requirements of technical specifications action, consistent action technology biological principles; effectiveness indicators refers to the movement techniques and technologies that comprise the basic aspects of movement to achieve the purpose of the extent and results; coordination of the technical indicators are moving technology performance characteristics. 4, Gansu Normal Colleges Educational Athletics Course Sports Technology teaching evaluation standards, including STRAIGHTENING Long Jump, High Jump, 100m run, 100/110 meter hurdles, shot put and throw Backward Slide javelin six items. Technical evaluation of each project, including the movement of index system, weight system and the evaluation criteria in three parts. Research recommendations: 1, from the Educational Athletics Course teaching the student movement motion technology ways of looking at the technical evaluation, the teacher is the primary means of observation. Teachers' awareness of sports technology to evaluate the results of the evaluation of the organization has an important significance. Should carry out the technical evaluation of the student movement against the theoretical research, strengthen the guiding role of theory to evaluate and improve the accuracy of evaluation. 2 colleges Educational Athletics Course teaching is that through teaching so that students master standardized technical specifications and requirements, to improve their teaching ability, focus is not to identify the level of student movement techniques. Therefore, in teaching evaluation should be based on technical evaluation as the main content. 3, the study evaluation system developed only through practice tests in order to determine its scientific accuracy and reasonableness. Therefore, the evaluation system is just a explore and try, in the actual teaching evaluation should be constantly refined and improved to meet the requirements of teaching evaluation.
