Abstract

2003 National Work Conference Football Football Association focus on the provinces to be transferred to the school football youth work especially thinking of strategic development, the deepening of the reform of football, but also the school football officially pushed the football agenda. Vigorously carry out the campus football on the one hand can enhance the physical fitness of students, learning stress relief, improve their social skills, cultivate students' good will, help to improve the overall quality of students. On the other hand the high level of competition for our sport to provide Talents, and then with professional football practice. In this paper, literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, logical analysis, mathematical statistics in Lanzhou City, conducted a survey of 12 senior high school, high school football from Lanzhou City Campaign status quo of high school football field in Lanzhou City Facilities ; football teacher's age, education, life coaching, job training situation; school football organization and management and students to participate in football situation; school leaders, parents of students to participate in football-related attitudes and investigate the situation analysis, the the following conclusions: 1. Lanzhou City high school football sports facilities more perfect, have to carry out the basic conditions for football, but with the support of the lack of football equipment, the impact of high school football Lanzhou normal development; 2. Lanzhou City high school sports teacher's age, education structure is more reasonable, but the general lack of systematic training and job opportunities for interaction, professional football coaching ability needs to be improved; 3. Lanzhou City High School football organization and management is not systematic, school football lesson hours arrangements unreasonable impact teaching effectiveness. Extracurricular activities in the form of football soccer small groups, the lack of specific guidance soccer; 4. Lanzhou City High School football team to participate in amateur training, competition underfunded; Because competition system is imperfect, causing the game to a shortage of opportunities to exchange enough; 5 Students their interest to participate in football is higher, and more rational motivation; 6 by the traditional culture and the great educational environment, safety and other factors led to the school leaders, parents, students participate in football against; Also affected by the \phenomenon, network, football large environmental impact, limiting the Lanzhou City High School and increase the popularity of football. Lanzhou City high school football for the current development of strategies to enhance this study proposes the following: 1. Improve Lanzhou City high school football venue facilities and equipment conditions, in order to carry out high school football to provide the necessary material security; 2. Strengthen and improve the Lanzhou City high school teacher Wu team building, particularly to improve the football coaching ability of teachers; 3. strengthen football course construction, especially football extracurricular activities guidance, and actively promote soccer small group activities; 4. increase funding, improve the competition system; 5.
