Abstract


This article first briefly introduces the development and application of near-infrared spectroscopy technology and equipment at home and abroad , and discusses the basic principles of the near-infrared absorption spectrum . The near-infrared absorption spectrum of the theory is based , and to build a hardware test platform , the design of an integrating sphere closing light diffuse reflectance spectra collection system , and the screening after 40 representative samples of wheat were tested . For a variety of commonly used spectral data pretreatment method , the experimental data with enhanced algorithm , smoothing algorithm , multiplicative scatter correction , the trend algorithm , wavelet transform and orthogonal signal correction pretreatment . Modeling methods and modeling strategy was simple analysis on raw spectral data , wavelet smooth seeking second derivative spectral data processing , spectral data and multiplicative scatter correction after standard normal variable correction processing spectral data , respectively. PLS modeling , and contrast .
