Abstract


With the batch process in modern industry wide application , and its associated control study more and more people are concerned , but intermittent process itself has the big delay, nonlinear , time-varying and uncertain model parameters and other characteristics , so that the control study to become a very challenging task . This paper has the initial deviation and repeatable output perturbations of a class of nonlinear delay batch process conducted PD-type iterative learning control research, the main work is as follows : ( a ) for the three types of nonlinear systems with different time delays for convergence of the iterative learning algorithm studies: nonlinear state delay systems, closed loop with forgetting factor given PD-type iterative learning algorithm ; nonlinear control delay system given type with forgetting factor ahead of the open-loop PD type iterative learning algorithm ; nonlinear state and control delay systems, open- loop PD type ahead given type iterative learning algorithm . The above algorithm, the spectral radius is given in the form of algorithm convergence conditions , and the use of operator theory and λ a norm theory algorithm convergence proof. ( 2 ) by means of simulation, verification of the consistency algorithm and convergence conditions , and through ordinary open-loop PD-type iterative learning algorithm simulation comparison indicates that the above algorithm trajectory tracking, interference suppression has certain advantages ; ( 3 ) analyzed the type given above, the closed-loop and open- loop PD PD type iterative learning algorithm convergence speed , theoretically draw some factors that affect the speed of convergence of the algorithm , in order to further improve the convergence rate provides a theoretical basis ; ( 4 ) unsaturated polyester resin production of this typical batch process as the background for the production of critical control object a continuous stirred tank reactor to establish a mathematical model , the use of open- loop PD-type iterative learning algorithm for this model was simulated research, and through comparison of conventional PID control algorithm simulation, verification of iterative learning control algorithm used by this object can achieve better control effect.
