Abstract


This paper introduces an electricity check the design of the on-site inspection system based on PDA and GPS , the system is a combination of global positioning satellite (GPS) technology and handheld computer (PDA) , Pocket PC client the mobile collecting data information , ensure the accuracy of the data , security, and security management to provide first-hand data . This paper, through the structured life cycle approach and rapid prototyping are two basic systems software development methods of research and analysis , and combined with the global satellite positioning technology (GPS) and handheld computer technology ( PDA ) , design and implementation of a PDA-based electricity inspection inspection system and GPS technology , through the system , the inspection work more accurate and efficient download customer data and information is more comprehensive , complete , accurate and fast , the more complete the whole process of the power marketing safety supervision , effective electricity to prevent a breach of contract , stealing, reduce the power loss and improve the level of experience of management and economic benefits .
