Abstract


Drying Equipment Factory production of a fertilizer granulation roll . The original the granulation roller drilling system is mainly a combination of domestic Z35 radial drilling machine and homemade machine table and indexing plate processing operation is completely operated manually by workers , their processing efficiency and accuracy is entirely dependent on the workers at the site operating experience , the labor intensity . For a long time , resulting in plant fertilizer production spherical the granulation roller factory is low , the quality of insecurity , high failure rates , low economic efficiency . To solve these problems, the factory responsible person entrusted electromechanical laboratory of Hebei University of Science and Technology to develop a fertilizer granulator dedicated CNC drilling machine and the host computer monitoring system for PC monitoring system ( CNC drilling machine has been developed to complete , this article discusses ) automatic processing of the aircraft by the operator to enter the the granulation mold processing requirements and processing procedures set hemispherical granulation hole . Electrical control part of the system and the main implementing agency , Siemens PLC control unit , as the scene of the CNC machining system bear the main task of the automatic processing of real-time control and operation , through the network to achieve the three CNC drilling control system and the communication between the host computer . PC and PLC communication cables associated data exchange between the PLC network read and write commands . The host computer receives the the PLC processing data and data processing , and displayed to the user through the host computer interface , and the user can modify the processing parameters , process control CNC drilling machine . CNC drilling machine PC control system provides users with an intuitive control platform to facilitate user control of the CNC drilling machine for recording and processing information , managers can take advantage of the processing of information to analyze the production process and product quality , as provide the basis for improved production .
