Abstract

The paper first describes the rapid development of our high-speed railway , high-speed EMUs large number of inputs status of the use , analysis of the traditional assembly mode can not meet of high-speed car group 's production and maintenance of high-speed EMU virtual assembly system of research and development topics presented . Collision detection is an important part in the virtual assembly process , accurate collision detection to improve the reliability of assembly simulation , enhanced reasonable path planning has a crucial role . CRH3 high-speed EMU bogie virtual assembly example and conduct in-depth study of the collision detection algorithm , including aspects : (1) basic principle of the development status of the collision detection and collision detection algorithms classification elaborated on the general framework of the collision detection algorithm and key technologies , bounding box collision detection used several levels : the bounding sphere , AABB, OBB and k-Dops system , and several methods of gifted the disadvantages are analyzed and compared . (2 ) made ??an in-depth understanding of the various types of collision detection algorithm and comprehensive analysis based on , choose a higher efficiency level AABB technology as the core technology . Bounding box collision detection algorithm based on AABB hierarchy , and AABB bounding box collision detection technology for memory optimization . Due to the use of a more precise test alternative triangular -AABB AABB between the test , the system efficiency has been improved. (3) Based on the above research , the use of object-oriented system design methods , utilize the OSG graphical development engine , VS2005 platform collision detection for virtual assembly system .
