Abstract


With the rapid development of network technology and computer technology , the countries in the world for e-government construction increasing emphasis vigorous development of e-government in a foreign country . However , due to the relatively late start of China 's e-government , economic development presented unbalanced posture Although local government has increased the development effort of the government system , however , and foreign , over the government system still exists a large number of \the use of information resources is still very difficult , all localities and departments interoperability , information sharing , collaborative work is still very low . To solve this problem , we propose the e-government information resources directory service system based on meta-data management and designed and implemented a prototype of e-government information resources directory service system , through the e-government information resource unified management of metadata , and in this be on the basis of the use, in order to solve the problems of the current widespread information sharing difficult . The main problem of this study are: 1 ) analysis of the domestic and international metadata and directory services technology research , development and applications ; 2 ) on the basis of the existing directory services technology , this paper presents a distributed query optimization algorithm ; 3) in-depth study and discussion of the e-government information resources directory service architecture , and propose a feasible solution ; 4) designed and implemented a prototype system of e-government information resources directory service . The subject comes from Donghua University and Shanghai Baosight Software Co. , Ltd. \Through a unified description of the e-government information resources management, effectively reducing the redundancy of the government system , reducing redundant construction departments , favor the interoperability between the various departments , sharing and exchange , to facilitate the user's access construction platform for e-government information resources and the management of resources , to provide a reference , a practical reference for the construction of our system of government information resources .
