Abstract


Prison as the penalty enforcement authorities of the country , it bears the punishment and rehabilitation of offenders , the sacred duty to prevent and reduce crime , plays an important role in the consolidation of state power , maintaining social stability and ensuring the smooth progress of reform and opening up and socialist modernization . With the advent of the information superhighway , the concept of the prison information have emerged, means of information technology has been widely used in more and more prisons . After years of development , the informatization construction of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Prisons , the formation of a variety of information technology applications . These systems across a variety of application from C / S to B / S application work platform , the formation of a large amount of data . When the prison leadership is needed , the staff need to log in to the various systems to obtain data , or historical reporting a large number of analytical material submitted to the warden for decision support , greatly reducing the efficiency of the use of information resources . To this end , the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Prisons timely adjustment of information construction strategy of existing types of data sources , from the overall perspective of the information system construction , scientific planning , centralized data management and dig deeper into the construction of a unified information resource exchange platform - Prison integrated information intelligence analysis system . Prison comprehensive information intelligent analysis system mainly includes the study of prison management information intelligent analysis and warden decision support system . System build using the Java programming language , the main use the Visual Basic Adodc controls to perform the various operations of the database using SQL Server2000 to complete the construction of the database , support across operating systems and database applications , utilize xML technology and SOAP protocol external data interactively . Prison integrated information intelligence analysis system to achieve the interoperability of various business systems and resource sharing , and promote the overall development of the global information construction .
