Abstract


The network job has become college graduates job means college graduates is obtained by the educational authority sites, private employment website , college job site , the employer recruitment site and other sites , a job many and complex , this site graduates need to go to a different website registered individuals seeking information , often need to spend a lot of time , however, users often interested in the information content itself , rather than physically distributed across different sites . The Internet into a huge computer systems , information resources , software resources , computing resources , hardware devices , such as sharing the goal of grid technology to the field of employment , can be a good solution to the problem of graduates network job . Resource discovery mechanism is the key technology of grid technology research , with the resource discovery mechanism requester can be used to meet the requested resource , resource discovery is the link between the resources and the requester , resource discovery function of the strength , directly determine the use efficiency and friendliness of the grid . Resource location algorithm is the core issue of resource discovery mechanisms need to be studied , a good location algorithm directly determines the efficiency of resource discovery system . The current employment situation and grid resource discovery function of the resource discovery system model design goals and system workflow . Xml language grid Employment Resource description and employment resources , information dissemination, employment resource information query the key issues in the system to give a specific description format and implementation .
