Abstract


Fast turn-on and turn-off switch in the switching power supply , causing severe electromagnetic interference EMI ( regarding electromagnetic interference ) . Access EMI filters to suppress conducted EMI usually switch between the power supply and the power grid . However , the traditional discrete EMI filter on the one hand on the utilization of space is not high , and reduce the power density of the switching power supply ; filtering characteristics of the other hand , discrete components are vulnerable to the impact of the distribution parameters , so that the filter poor high-frequency characteristics . Reduce filter size and distribution parameters to filter high frequency performance , flexible multi-layer strip - based , integrated EMI filter . Inductive parallel equivalent capacitance (Equivalent Parallel Capacitance, EPC) affecting the integrated EMI filter high - frequency filter characteristic. Articles derived from capacitor energy storage angle EPC formula , based on the the EPC analysis of the results , corrected the equivalent circuit model of the integrated structure and improved filter characteristics . In this paper, five kinds of integrated structure in order to reduce the filter volume , the difference in the filter , common mode inductors, differential mode capacitor integrated with common-mode capacitance using discrete components . The insertion loss is low for the differential mode present in the integrated structure made ??by the previous problem, these five kinds of integrated structures individually designed differential mode inductance . The article detailed analysis of the five kinds of structural integration principle , inductance and capacitance formula , and compare their advantages and disadvantages . Selected the most compact a structure produced a prototype , its insertion loss is given a full load , half load , no load EMI test results and efficiency curve , and compare the integrated EMI filter and discrete EMI the filter characteristic of the filter and volume. Several more integrated structure based on proposed fully integrated structure will filter all the passive components are integrated in the same core . The article detailed analysis of the fully integrated structure of the integration principle and equivalent circuit derived insertion loss formula . Test given in different working points at the the EMI testing results and efficiency curves , and a comparison of it and discrete EMI filter the filter characteristics and volume .
