Abstract


Enterprises is an important part of a social organism, the harmonious enterprise is an inevitable requirement for the proper meaning of building a harmonious society, but also continue to grow and develop. At present, China's enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in the market, by the end of 2008, the financial turmoil enterprises worse. Under the pressure of the internal and external environment, the psychological problems faced by the employees is increasing.
