Abstract


In the resent years, project management has been applied more and more, especially in the field of telecommunication and software. The local billing administration system of telecommunication is an integrated sustaining system which faces customers and the major technical measures to support the run of the telecommunication enterprise. In this paper, we choose the implement of local billing administration system of Suqian Telecom Branch as an example to show the application of project management in telecommunication. Based on the theory of project management, we do our research in the field of implement of project management. We focus on schedule management and quality management of the project. At the end, we summarize the problems and experience we met in the research, try to solve the problems in the procedure of the implement of the telecommunication software system. In order to save the cost, to cultivate the project manager, to improve the employees, diathesis, we combine the theory with the practice. Try our best to find out a model of project management which may fit for the development of software system of telecommunication.
