Abstract


With the rapid economic development and construction projects and the growth of fixed assets investment scale , construction project management role in the sustainable and healthy development of the national economy more and more prominent. In this paper, the characteristics of the construction enterprise project management , to explore new methods of construction enterprise project management , respectively, from the four aspects of the construction schedule management, cost management , quality of construction management and project risk management . To reach the ultimate goal of \The study shows that the construction enterprises in the area of project management , there are still many problems , such as the chaos in the construction schedule ; ineffective pre-construction cost forecast pre-control , lack of awareness of the cost management ; quality inspection system is imperfect , construction risks caused by the negative high efficiency . Therefore, based on the systematic analysis of the construction progress of the enterprise management , enterprise cost management , construction quality management and project risk management , enterprises should innovate and institutional reform , the implementation of the project management responsibility , and establish a competitive , incentive and restraint and supervision mechanisms to strengthen the cost management and quality management . The case studies show that the proposed method is advanced and operability , and be able to effectively guide the project management of construction enterprises and enhance management performance .
