Abstract


Modern logistics has become "the third profit source", is the important source to reduce costs and gain competitive advantage. In the new situation of modern logistics started development, the Chinese enterprises, include many small and medium-sized manufacturers, have the wrong tendency of self-running logistics with "big but all-inclusive, small but all-inclusive", that lead poor logistics distribution, low transport efficiency, high distribution cost, and is difficult to meet market requirement of low-volume, multiple batch and emergency. Therefore, how to promote logistics efficiency, lower logistics cost of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and which distribution model to choose are play important role for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of summarizing the predecessor’s research and from the angle of supply chain, this paper studied the distribution model and choice of the small and medium-sized manufacturers .Set up cost assignment models by using cooperation gambling theory, solves four kind of cost models which small and medium-sized manufacturer possibly adopt., and then fixes on the suitable model for the small and medium-sized manufacturers which unify 3PL distribution and coordinated distribution. The paper provided a policy reference for choosing logistics distribution model to the small and medium-sized manufacturers.Then in the guide of joint distribution, the paper provided proposal and management strategies from fractal theory for joint distribution alliance’s management model, and discussed on the alliance’s key questions—distribution of benefits, took into consideration the distribution count and contribution and core enterprise’s leading role on the distribution of benefits. From the analysis of every enterprise’s investment, distribution count, contribution rate, risks and the core enterprise’s influence, built a profit distribution model with cooperative game theory for small and medium-sized manufacturers’ joint distribution alliance, and solved the model with quadratic programming method, and demonstrated those methods to be more efficiency and rationalization.Last, analyzed related problems of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises’joint distribution, and provided the solution.The paper’s aim is to provide well theory guide and help to those enterprises which trying to implement joint distribution to improve their own competitiveness for the survival and development in the fierce market competition.
