Abstract

With the cross-border transfer of trade in services, offshore software outsourcing services trade is becoming an important growth point. According to Analysys International recently released report \The growth rate of about 38%. Jiangsu offshore software outsourcing industry in recent years has made rapid development, offshore software outsourcing service market share is rising year by year, the Jiangsu city's ability to undertake offshore software outsourcing reflected in where and how reasonable evaluation Jiangsu cities to undertake offshore software outsourcing capacity, and thus find the the Jiangsu cities to undertake offshore software outsourcing weak link, to further enhance the ability of the Jiangsu cities to undertake offshore software outsourcing, has important practical significance.
