Abstract


Funds is the "blood" for enterprise to maintain and an important guarantee for the survival and development of a company. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and socialist market economy, China’s enterprise groups have been developed rapidly, but difficult problems in fund management have also been highlighted. Capital flows have made it difficult to accurately predict and control for the complex and changing business environment, enterprise business group diversity, geographical diversity, structure and complexity of property rights, Therefore, the group enterprise funds to establish a set of centralized management system, full use of the overall financial advantage of the Group, strengthen financial security, improve the efficiency of capital into the financial management of enterprises is an important issue. Of the centralized payment as the centralized management of funds in the important part, it is worth our careful study.This paper is focus on discussing the organization of the centralized management mode and application mode, then capital of Jiangsu Provincial Power Company management SWOT analysis summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In sum, introduced Jiangsu Electric Power Company currently funds the main content and the effectiveness of centralized management based on the proposed further increase of the centralized payment of the ideas and implementation plans, and post-implementation effectiveness and implementation issues to be aware of the expected.
