Abstract


In today 's increasingly globalized world economy and the rapid development of the knowledge economy , the sheet market competition has become increasingly fierce . Yancheng the Gemstar board Co., Ltd. How to make full use of the pattern of the sheet metal industry to speed up the adjustment of the favorable opportunity , to rapidly improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises , the establishment of a unique competitive advantage in the coming critical years of steady development is facing problems . In this paper, domestic and international political , economic , and technical situation , pointed out that the main competitive advantage of enterprises and the challenges faced by the analysis of the Gemstar board industry in which the internal and external environment and industry status quo . Such as the country is now vigorously support the development of medium and high-density fiberboard industry , at home and abroad , industry competition is fierce the Gemstar company has the advantages of raw materials , production processes , such as , funding , production capacity as well as disadvantages . The paper uses the external key factor matrix (EFE) and internal key factor matrix ( IFE ) ( ? ) SWOT matrix analysis to select the the Gemstar board industry, the company's overall development strategy and competitive strategy . Such as the production of the operational strategy , financial strategy , marketing strategy, human resources strategy and specific strategic measures to promote enterprise development . Such as strengthening the bases of raw materials , and strive to achieve the integration of forest board , development and production of green products , and building a harmonious environment .
