Abstract


21st century , human society is moving from the industrial society to information society forward. Information construction in rural areas has become one of the important contents of the developed countries to the development of information technology . China has realized the construction of rural information for the development of China is a historical opportunity . Since Plenum \problems. The new rural information is an important content of the national economy and social information , is an important part of the transformation of traditional agriculture , the development of modern agriculture in China and also accelerate the realization of the inevitable choice for the development of agricultural modernization .
