Abstract

In China, the relatively small size of the grapes due to farmers' management, planting techniques behind, so not only is the grape of the low productivity of land, can not meet the demand of the market and the quality of the grapes. With China's economic development and people's living standards improve, the demand for high-quality grapes grown rapidly, grapes grown commercially trend also intensify this aspect shows to improve grape productivity, improve grape quality urgent requirement, the other the aspects reflect grape production technology extension service system, improve farmers scale, the need for specialized production levels. This article by depth investigation and analysis of the grape growers in Huaibei City, Anhui Province, focusing on current Huaibei City, Anhui Province, grape growers select the intention of influencing factors, this study to promote the scale of the grape industry in Huaibei City, scientific development with important practical significance and policy significance. This study is based on the Huaibei City three grape producing areas 23 village 300 grape growers field survey data for the foundation, and eventually collected 284 valid questionnaires. Firstly, sociological characteristics of grape growers in Huaibei City, Anhui Province, home economics characteristics, institutional factors, market demand factors in-depth investigation, and the factors that affect the the grape growers technology selection intention sorting analysis of descriptive On this basis, through the establishment of the the Multivariate Logistic model and use the impact factor spss16.0 grape growers choose intention econometric analysis. The results of this study show that: the Huaibei City (1) growers currently selected intention of the strongest agricultural technology is a new breed technology and new farm tools mechanical labor-saving technology, followed by storage and preservation, postpartum processing technology. (2) factors affecting growers choose intention: growers sociology, family economic characteristics of the endowments of arable land, labor resource endowment, circulation system of agricultural land, the rural financial system, market selection factors, the proportion of non-agricultural labor force, viticulture degree of specialization, technical guidance and training. Agrotechnical, etc., where the land transfer system, the per capita arable land area of ??market selection factors most obvious, are up 1% significant level. The per capita income of farmers is not a significant variable in new technology choices intention model, and a negative correlation with new varieties, storage and preservation technology choices. (3) different agricultural land and labor resources endowment will induce growers to select the appropriate grapes planted new technology. (4) professional and technical associations in rural areas, agricultural guidance and training of growers choose intention to improve the organization of farmers to improve agricultural technology popularization system can improve the growers to select the new technology of viticulture positive. (5) The educational attainment variable impact of the growers technology choice behavior, the role of other sociological characteristics not obvious sociological characteristics of growers. (6) the rural financial system is imperfect significantly affect the intentions of farmers the choice of the grape planting new technology. Based on the conclusions and the actual situation, we put forward relevant policy recommendations: (1) to further improve the system of land transfer, land transfer efficiency; (2) increase rural education support, and strengthen the education of agricultural growers and agricultural technology guidance training; (3) to encourage support to promote the development of farmers folk professional and technical associations, give full play to the agrotechnical the role of the professional characteristics of grass-roots peasant folk; (4) to encourage and support the development of deep processing of agricultural industries, and promote the in situ transfer of rural labor force, increasing farmers' income; (5) improve the modern rural financial system to solve the problem of inadequate funding of rural agricultural development and financial, to promote urban and rural financial credit equal.
