Grassroots social contradictions, is an important factor related to the rural stability and social harmonious development.Various of interests concept and sense of right and wrong often produce friction and conflict, as a result, massive rural social disputes emerge. Therefore, the current status of China’s rural social disputes, how did it perform, how to resolve social contradictions in China’s grassroots social? This worth pondering.The study on the rural community’s social disputes in overall investigation of social reality, reaches a certain diagnosis, knows the current situation of the grassroots social disputes, explores the inherent logic between the rural social contradictions and resolving way, responses to the current various of social problems, and on this basis resolves to build a reasonable defuse mechanism to promote social integration.First, based on field surveys in the H counties, mainly in the case interviews, this paper identifies the type of conflicts and disputes in rural areas, and attempt to further explore the defuse -mechanism construction of the grassroots social contradictions. Again, the paper analyses the current rural social status of the existing resolve conflicts and disputes, and the resolving way the farmers choose, and find out the root of conflicts and disputes, which provide a useful reference to how timely and effectively to resolve disputes, how to quell contradiction, and how to promote rural development, as well as to China’s modernization.Study found that, first of all, our grass-roots unit of society public security situation is generally good, but with the increase of conflicting interests, the rural social conflicts and disputes the existence of relying on administrative means to resolve the mediation, compounding phenomena have occurred, people’s mediation powerless in some places, such as performance phenomenon. In the case study to realize that the current main types of disputes in rural areas:economic disputes, culture-based disputes, political-type disputes, for more different types of disputes, conflicts and disputes in rural areas highlighted the basic content of resolving mechanism, including the dominant ideas and resolve practice of operating platforms.
