Abstract


21 century is the theme of the knowledge economy era. For most companies, innovation is to obtain and maintain a critical competitive advantage. If the company itself does not have the ability to innovate, while other competitors have the ability to innovate, it will definitely lead to business failure. In today's increasingly competitive circumstances, decided to organize the survival of the most critical factor is innovation. If enterprises lack the necessary learning and innovation investment, may lead to the development of science and technology can not keep up the pace, making it difficult to meet the needs of customers, and ultimately the loss of competitive advantage. As the basic unit of the individual enterprise, particularly in business technology professionals, and its willingness to innovate level, degree of innovation is good or bad for the development of enterprises is essential. However, due to the current-to-business technology professionals willingness to innovate is the relative lack of research, and therefore the meaning clear willingness to innovate, innovation and willingness to reveal business technology professionals influencing factors has important theoretical and practical significance. In this study, enterprise technology professionals as the research object, based on the theory of Planned Behavior, combining technical innovation theory, motivation theory, and the theory of individual characteristics of innovators to explore innovative business technology professionals willingness factor. This study is divided into the following three steps: First, literature review, in a large literature reading, based on the willingness to put forward innovative business technology professionals conceived model and related research hypotheses; followed by questionnaires, through interviews and questionnaires for mature modify, concurrency into the hands of business technology professionals; Finally, statistical analysis, business technology professionals with 254 valid samples using SPSS16.0 statistical software, from quantitative studies further validate the theoretical concept. The results largely confirmed the assumptions made in this study, the main conclusions are: 1, business technology professionals motivated mainly by the internal motivation and external motivation two aspects of which include internal motivation based on challenging and passionate sex internal motivation; external including those based on compensatory and motivation based externalities external motivation. Challenge based on internal motivation and enthusiasm of internal motivation significantly positive impact enterprise technology professionals attitudes and willingness to innovate innovation behavior, but based on compensatory external motivation and extrinsic motivation of external innovation for enterprise technology professionals attitudes and behavior Innovation Intention is not significant. 2, according to the TPB model and the conclusions of this study, innovation behavior and attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control significant positive impact on enterprise technology professionals willingness to innovate. Innovative behavior and attitude in challenging internal motivation based on innovation Intention plays an intermediary role; innovation in behavior and attitude of internal motivation based on keen willingness impact on innovation plays an intermediary role in the process. 3, the enterprise IT personnel are divided into intuitive cognitive style-and system-based cognitive style categories. Intuitive significant positive impact on cognitive style enterprise technology professionals willingness to innovate, and the system type of cognitive style innovation for enterprise technology professionals willingness not significant. Cognitive Styles of enterprise systems technology professionals subjective norms and willingness to innovate regulate the relationship. Intuitive Cognitive Style on enterprise technology professionals attitude and willingness to innovate innovation behavior regulate the relationship. 4, the study of the control variables in addition to educational attainment will negatively affect business technology professionals willingness to innovate, the other control variables on the impact of scientific and technological personnel willingness to innovate is not significant. Finally, conclusions of these studies were discussed and noted that management recommendations of this study, research limitations and future outlook.
