Abstract


Informal employment is not only an important form of employment of college graduates, but also an important channel for improving employment of college graduates, which has positive significance of alleviating employment pressure, maintaining social stability, promoting social harmony. However, informal employment dissociate from the social security system for a long time, the majority of informal employment of university graduates lack of basic social security, they always are threated by lacking of social security, since financial crisis,the employment rate of college graduates has been caused, non-formal employment took advantage of its lower employment threshold to solve the employment problem of many people. However, the college graduates of informal employment is worrying in social security Therefore, the Constructing social security system among college graduates of informal employment is necessary not only to social stability, but also improving the socialist market economic system, promoting social fairness and justice.
