Abstract


This review focuses on the discussion of basic theory of cost control, foreign and domestic management of cost, and FIDIC contract conditions. On cost control in theory and research highlight, with FIDIC conditions of contract for the study, by studying and learning foreign scientific management of cost, learn FIDIC contract terms standardized management of project construction. During the study, basically use qualitative study, based on the original research of interrelated experts and scholars, further study and comparison of different domestic and international cost management, propose the inspiration and reference of construction project cost management of our country. Meanwhile studying combine with cases, analysis the practical application of cost control theory and FIDIC contract conditions, and summarize measures of project cost control to propose a reasonable solution of problems of project cost management.Main cost management theory:Life cycle cost management, Total cost management, Whole course cost control.Foreign Project Cost Management Features:1. Government construction project cost is an indirect means of control of the government investment projects and private investment project implementation management strength and depth of different.2. Cost Management in developed countries there is no uniform enforcement of the pricing basis, while market-based competition.3.The foreign project cost management use the market as its center for the dynamic control.4. Foreign regarded strictly in accordance with the contract work as a general guideline to implement.5. Quote with Bill of quantities.6.
