Abstract


Surveying file management is an indispensable part of daily work, and high efficiency, safety management of surveying files can improve the efficiency of daily work, effectively avoid data redundancy, make existing data to better service for the department for production activities, and create more values. However, with the development of science and technology, surveying file developed into digital archives and paper files coexist, and digital archives dominant era. How to handle the relationship between the electronic archives and the paper files has restricted the important obstacle of surveying file management. Because of the big difference in physical properties between electronic archives and paper files, which usually leads to the partiality of system, mostly focused on electronic archives management, the paper file management still stays in the manual management stage, which brings file manager enormous workload.Based on the investigation of some surveying units, the investigation of surveying files and the commonness of surveying files, according to relevant standards, classify surveying files, and on this basis, make some suggestions on the management and preservation about the paper records and electronic archives to complete the surveying files entity management. According to a surveying unit original surveying files management mode, the design of the technology process about the management system of surveying files, try to conform to the original management staff habits. At the same time, use Microsoft SQL Server database as the system database to manage the attributes of the surveying files and complete data entry, modification and deletion. Use C/S system architecture, realize office system LAN management to reduce the workload; provide various reports output function to make things convenient for user’s use and management; provide multistage inquires to improve work efficiency; set multistage permission of users to ensure data security and secrecy; Make the operation of editor, query, graphics analysis, data output to the files in the server to operate files intuitively.
