Abstract


Research perspective to invest in public opinion of the government in public emergencies to deal with this area , that the public opinion, deal with the government handling public emergencies , is also an important part of the government crisis management . In recent years , public opinion should study has become an important research content of the research areas of public administration . Past media response to network public opinion on the basis of mere public opinion to deal with the concept of the object lock on the level of county governments . From the perspective of communication studies, management, public relations , multi- disciplinary research on the status quo of the county-level government in the public opinion, deal with public emergencies ; county governments in public emergencies of public opinion to deal with the problems analysis; sudden public the classification of public opinion ; County Government in response to public opinion, public emergencies organizational strategy ; county governments in the public emergencies public opinion in the media strategies ; aspects of the in-depth study of the use of public opinion opportunities . Through relevant case studies , theoretical discussion and intellectual support for the the grassroots government system to recognize the importance of public opinion to deal with public emergencies , master them, and deal with path from the dual perspective of administrative management and dissemination .
