Abstract


The piperazine is important pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemical raw materials , research and development of the piperazine synthetic process , not only help to save foreign exchange , and promote China's pharmaceutical , pesticide and its related industries . This paper first introduces home and abroad have been industrialized or industrial prospects anhydrous piperazine Synthesis of a brief introduction to the process and the pilot used the small test . Second, based on a small pilot production data and industrial design requirements , an annual output of 23 tons of anhydrous piperazine trial design . Including simulation process calculation of the production process , production equipment design and selection , workshop and equipment , plant layout , draw a flowchart , equipment, figure , and workshop layout according to the design requirements and calculations . According to the results of the design of the pilot to complete the equipment installation , its pressure test leak testing and commissioning . Before driving , various pipes and storage tanks for cleaning , car process , to improve and optimize processes and equipment . On this basis , the amplification effect, worked out herein under the test conditions , the optimum operating conditions . Finally arrive at the following results : ( 1 ) determine the mature and complete piperazine synthetic industrialization route , including the production process and public works . ( 2 ) amplification effect mainly on the airspeed , pilot experiments show pilot airspeed small test airspeed has improved greatly compared to the reaction temperature and the ethylenediamine concentration little difference with the results of a small trial . Optimum conditions for synthesis of anhydrous piperazine in the ③ pilot conditions : raw material liquid ethylenediamine concentration of 50% (by ??mass) , the reaction temperature of 360 ° C , the raw material flow 30L / h . Ethylenediamine under the process conditions the conversion rate of 91.19% , a piperazine with a yield of 65.34% , tri - ethylene diamine yield was 25.74% .
